智能变电站就地化保护自动测试技术研究

自动测试技术是就地化保护"工厂式调试、更换式检修"理念的重要支撑。文中分析了就地化保护的主要技术方案特点,从功能逻辑、保护专网三网合一功能、元件保护环网通信功能三个方面进行了具体的测试需求分析,研究提出了构建保护功能逻辑自动测试系统和综合自动测试系统两种技术方案,并详细阐述了系统架构及关键技术实现思路。     

Minimal representations of continuous-time processes having spectral density with zeros in the extended imaginary axis

Given a process y with stationary increments and rational incremental spectral density Φ(s), we parametrize minimal state-space representations of dy. We consider the case when Φ(s) may have zeros on the imaginary axis including infinity and we analyze the zero structure of each state-space representation.     

广义P-S-N曲线参数估计的实现方法

针对三参数应力一寿命模型，提出了广义P-S-N曲线参数估计的实现方法。该方法基于广义极大似然法原理，应用相关系数法和数学规划法分别求解均值曲线和均方差曲线参量，然后应用相关系数法求解概率曲线参量。通过对45铜成组法疲劳试验获得的洲数据的分析，验证了该实现方法的有效性。

We characterize finite dimensional realizability of discrete time nonlinear systems which have a Volterra series development with separable structure of the Volterra kernels.

A taxonomy of variability realization techniques

Development of software product families relies heavily on the use of variability to manage the differences between products by delaying design decisions to later stages of the development and usage of the constructed software systems. Implementation of variability is not a trivial task, and is governed by a number of factors. In this paper, we describe the factors that are relevant in determining how to implement variability, and present a taxonomy of variability realization techniques. A State‐Space Based New Approach To The Directional Interpolation Problem

Directional interpolation plays an important role in robust control, system realization and model reduction. Several solutions to various directional interpolation problems have been proposed. In this paper, we consider the directional interpolation problem in a general setting and present a statespace based new approach to solving the problem. The solution is simple, and its exposition is as self‐contained as possible. We describe all the (strictly) bounded real rational matrix functions that satisfy the directional interpolation requirements by means of linear fractional transformation. Moreover, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the interpolating function to be unique and show that the unique interpolating function is an inner (a co‐inner). The main procedures used to generate the interpolating function consist of standard matrix operations consisting of easy numerical computations, so the present solution is significant from the numerical viewpoint as well as the analytical viewpoint.     

A stochastic realization algorithm via block LQ decomposition in Hilbert space

A stochastic realization problem of a stationary stochastic process is re-visited, and a new stochastically balanced realization algorithm is derived in a Hilbert space generated by second-order stationary processes. The present algorithm computes a stochastically balanced realization by means of the singular value decomposition of a weighted block Hankel matrix derived by a “block LQ decomposition”. Extension to a stochastic subspace identification method explains how the proposed abstract algorithm is implemented in system identification.     

Child Death From Pediatric Illness: Conceptualizing Intervention From a Family/Systems and Public Health Perspective.

Despite the universal and understandable distress associated with the death of a child from pediatric illness, do psychologists help surviving families in ways that match their need for assistance? Many families do not seek psychological help and cope adaptively with their loss. Indications for psychotherapy with bereaved families are based largely on experience with families who engage in treatment and who have greater distress. Other families may not receive sufficient services but are at risk for ongoing difficulties and unlikely to engage in treatment.
